| On December 25th, 2016, The Environmental Protection Tax Law of
PRC was approved by the 25th session of the standing committee
of the 12th National People’s Congress. As the first single tax law
in China to promote the construction of ecological civilization, the
law will come into effect on January 1st, 2018. |
