| Tangshan Caofeidian Ltd. third phase project, the third large scale
papermaking project prepared by Hebei Changtai Paper, had
already put into operation in 2015. In 2017, Hebei province will
become the largest package paper and special paper production
base in north China, when Caofeidian project completed and put
into operation. |
