| July 23rd, 2015, Ministry of Finance, National Development and
Reform Commission, and Ministry of Environmental Protection
jointly issued the Interim Measures for Administration of Pollution
Emission Permit Transfer Income (hereinafter referred to
as Measures). The Measures clearly define the collection, using
and management of pollution emission permit transfer income
from pilot areas which were identified by Ministry of Finance,
National Development and Reform Commission and Ministry of
Environmental Protection, or relevant provinces, autonomous
regions and municipalities directly under the central govern
ment to begin pay use and trading experiment of pollution
emission permit. |
