| On September 1s t, 2014, National Development and
Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance and Ministry
of Environmental Protection jointly issued The Notice on
Adjustment Pollution Discharge Fee Collection Standard
(hereaf ter referred to as Notice) (Price[2014]No.2008),
required provinces (regions, cities) combing the actual
situation to adjust key pollutants of wastewater, waste
gas discharge fee collection standard, increase collection
rate, carry out differential pollution discharge fee policy,
use economic means and price lever, establish effective
constraints and incentive mechanism, in order to promote
enterprises initiative pollution control and emission
reduction and preserve the ecological environment. |
