| On September 28th, 2012, straw comprehensive utilization
project of Jiamusi started officially. The straw utilization
project of Jiamusi invested jointly by Shandong Tralin Paper
Co., Ltd. and China Agricultural Environmental Innovation
Co.. The project using straw as the main raw material is
a typical comprehensive utilization project of renewable
resource. The main products are non-wood fiber pulp, fine
paper, high- and middle-grade household paper, organic
fertilizer, etc.. The project with a total investment of RMB
26 billion, will use 4.5 million tons of straw, produces 1.5
million tons of pulp, 2,000,000 tons of paper, and 3,000,000
tons of organic fertilizer, reduce timber harvest of 7.5
million m3 and greenhouse gases emissions of about
3,000,000 tons every year, and the project will be fully put
into operation in four to five years. |
