on Fur ther Strengthening Regulation of Collective
Forest Property Rights Circulation (Notice for short)
on government website. The Notice claims to further
strengthen regulation of the forest proper ty rights
circulation, guard against forest property transfer risk,
protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers,
forestry operators and investors and specify the collective
