development and social civilization, paper & board
consumption level is one of the important indicators of
modernization and civilization degree of a country. Since
the implement of the Tenth Five-Year Plan and the 2010
Special Plan for National Forestry-Paper Integration Project
Construction, along with large amount of waste paper
application, paper industry uses renewable resources such
as waste paper, wood, bamboo, reed and straw as raw
materials. Through cleaner production, paper industry
has achieved benign cycle of resources - production -

correlation with other industries, has a significant role in
boosting forestry, agriculture, environmental protection,
printing, packaging, chemicals, machinery, automatic
